Returns of products will only be accepted in the following cases:
(1)Initial failure
(2) If the product you receive is different from the one you ordered
(3) In the case of a product damaged during delivery
(4) If none of the above (1) to (3) applies, it is within seven days of receiving the product, and none of the following applies:
If the product has been used, altered, washed or dry cleaned If the delivery note has been lost If the product tag or label has been removed or lost If the product (including but not limited to the box and product accessories) is in a damaged, soiled or missing condition at the time of return compared to when it was delivered If the product has acquired an odor, become dirty or scratched while in the customer's possession The user shall apply for a return as set forth in the preceding paragraph in accordance with the procedures separately stipulated by our company, and for the cases (1) to (3) of the preceding paragraph, our company will cover the cost of return and will either refund the retail price and shipping fee at the time of purchase by the user or exchange the product for a substitute.
Please note that even if you request an exchange for a substitute product, it may not be possible to exchange it due to reasons such as product shortages.
Furthermore, with regard to the preceding paragraph (4), the cost of returning the product shall be borne by the user, and the Company shall refund the selling price and shipping fee at the time of purchase. From the time of product shipping processing until the product arrives, you cannot withdraw or cancel your order for the product, except for reasons attributable to the Company.
